A Bit About Me
As a mother of six incredible children, life is equal parts exhausting and rewarding—think equal doses of chaos, noise, and a little bit of sanity… somewhere, buried under a mountain of laundry. But despite the chaos, they constantly inspire me to learn, grow, and dive into new adventures. My amazing husband, always up for a challenge, keeps pace with my energetic pursuits—whether it’s on our lifestyle block surrounded by animals and stunning views, or creating a steady flow of positive energy (because, let’s face it, life isn’t always a smooth ride!).
From my diverse journey across the globe—from veterinary nursing to managing nightclubs, becoming a certified personal trainer, and leading teams in the financial industry for over a decade—I’ve gained a wide range of experiences. But it’s my deep passion for people, neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) that truly drives me. I’m fascinated by how we all think, behave, and sometimes get stuck in patterns that keep us from reaching our potential. I believe that by unlocking these mental pathways and embracing change, we can all thrive. We do our best until we know better and when we know better we do better.
I also understand the importance of balance—being mindful of where we spend our energy and ensuring our time and focus align with what truly matters. I’m a firm believer in integrating small, sustainable actions that lead to lasting change. This is where my 1% better philosophy comes in: it’s not about big, overwhelming leaps, but consistently improving, just a little bit each day, to create meaningful transformation over time.
